The Ballinasloe Fair & Festival Baking Competition will take place on Sunday October 6th at the Marquee on Dunlo Street.

  • Carrot Cake – Decorated

Baking Competition Rules

Competition open to amateur bakers 16 years or older.

Judging will begin at 11 :00 Sharp, winners announced at 2:30pm. Entries accepted up until 10:30am on the morning.

Exhibits will be judged on the following; overall presentation, texture and taste.

Judges shall not award a prize unless there is sufficient merit.

Judges decision is final.
